Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Rolling Wave Dialog Box of the Project Properties Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to run the rolling wave process without advancing the calendar at the same time.

You can run the rolling wave process outside of the Advance Calendar utility to fix expanded date problems.

Field Description
Periods prior to status date Enter the number of periods before the status date that you want to expand.
Periods following status date Enter the number of periods after the status date that you want to expand.
Update rate sets used with FTE result codes Select this option to expand any rate with the result code F into the sub-period rates for all the rate files in the project. This allows for accurate calculation of FTEs when looking at sub-periods versus period data.

If you have permission to advance the calendar, you can update the FTE rate sets even if you do not have write access to the rate file.
